Position Summary:

The Global Account Manager GSI at Lenovo plays a pivotal role in nurturing and enhancing partnerships with two major System Integrators (SIs), focusing on driving significant business expansion within these key accounts. The primary objective is to craft and advocate for state-of-the-art solutions that align with the operational and IT infrastructure demands of these organizations. This role involves leading a dedicated team of sales managers across the EMEA region and working in close collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and revenue enhancement.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Establish and cultivate the sales strategy and relationships at various levels within the client's organization.
  • Oversee a team of regional sales managers to achieve strategic goals.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive global account strategy aimed at driving business growth and maximizing Lenovo's market presence.
  • Manage the complete opportunity lifecycle, from recognizing potential business prospects to finalizing agreements.
  • Engage with product units and service architects/engineers to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated success in sales and fostering robust business relationships.
  • Over 10 years of sales experience, preferably with System Integrators in the EMEA region.
  • Background in IT infrastructure solution sales is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication abilities in English.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation capabilities.
  • Proficient in developing and executing customer account strategies.
