ROLE OVERVIEW: RECEPTION SUPERVISOR
As a Reception Supervisor, reporting directly to the Reception Manager, your daily responsibilities will encompass:
- Ensuring that every visitor enjoys a memorable stay at our establishment, striving to be the premier hotel in the area.
- Overseeing guest service operations.
- Facilitating team training initiatives.
- Organizing engaging activities for staff and recognizing special occasions.
- Assisting with staff scheduling and rota management.
- Supporting charitable initiatives and community engagement events.
- Acting as a Fun Champion to enhance team morale.
- Welcoming guests and managing check-in and check-out processes with a friendly demeanor.
- Maintaining accurate records of guest reservations.
- Providing information about hotel amenities, local transportation, attractions, and entertainment options.
- Handling phone and email inquiries professionally.
- Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest concerns.
- Staying informed about ongoing training opportunities within RBH and IHG.
