Front Desk Supervisor

As a Front Desk Supervisor at Accor Hotels, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operation of the Front Desk, providing exceptional service to hotel guests and visitors, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle guest inquiries, messages, and phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, as well as safety and security protocols.
- Provide assistance in the Front Office areas, including Front Desk, Airline Desk, Groups, Rooms Controlling, and Lobby Greeters.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and reporting.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel front office environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
