About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a newly established role that focuses on enhancing the effectiveness of our HR and Payroll Information systems. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the ongoing improvement of HR operations, maintaining data integrity, and adhering to compliance standards.

Your Responsibilities:
In this multifaceted position, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and delivering data for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and management reports to various stakeholders.
  • Providing expert technical guidance and support regarding HR and Payroll systems and processes.

Key Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in managing iTrent, our integrated HR & Payroll system.
  • A background in software testing and assessing the implications of software modifications.
  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing HR data for management reporting.
  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Business Objects, PowerBI) for creating dashboards and management insights.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Work Environment:
This position offers the flexibility of remote work; however, occasional visits to various office locations may be required.
