About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Implementation Analyst to join our team at BNP Paribas Personal Finance. As a key member of our Risk Management team, you will be responsible for implementing, testing, and maintaining credit risk strategies within our Decision Systems and operational platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Expert Knowledge: Develop and maintain expert knowledge of our decision system engines and their limitations and surrounding governance.
  • Implement Changes: Implement changes within our multi-bureau hub, including requirements gathering, managing changes with credit reference agencies, development, testing, implementation, post-implementation monitoring, communication, and documentation.
  • Implement Application and Scoring Strategies: Implement application and scoring strategies/policies within our decision engine systems, namely Scorecard Admin, Diligense, and Catalyst systems. This process involves analysis, UAT, implementation, post-implementation monitoring, communication, and documentation.
  • Maintain Validation of Exception Reports: Maintain the validation of exception reports for the monitoring of the decision engines.
  • Ensure Governance and Control: Ensure that the relevant control/governance programs are applicable throughout every change implemented into the system.
  • Liaise with Credit Bureaus: Ensure that the link to Credit bureaus is always operational. Where issues are anticipated or experienced, liaise with internal IT and the Credit bureau to ensure a prompt resolution, limiting the impact to the consumer and the business.
Requirements
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • Programming Skills: Can independently code in at least one programming language such as SAS or SQL.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Understanding of Risk Decision Systems
  • Understanding of Credit Bureau Data
  • Hands-on Experience with Decision Systems: Hands-on experience of Decision Systems such as Probe, Strategy Manager, StrategyWare, Triad, NBSM.
  • Experience with Credit Bureau Data and Services
