Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Emergency Multi-disciplinary Assessment Unit, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical care to patients in the Emergency Multi-disciplinary Assessment Unit, utilizing advanced assessment and treatment skills.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices and evidence-based guidelines.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and service delivery.
  • Provide education and training to colleagues and students, promoting best practices and advancing the skills of the team.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a strong background in acute care and experience working in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Advanced clinical skills and knowledge, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to contribute to the growth and improvement of the team and organization.
