About the Role

Eclipse Global is a leading provider of live event production services, renowned for crafting unforgettable experiences for clients through our cutting-edge audio-visual solutions.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Audio Visual Warehouse Technician to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our audio-visual services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Warehouse Senior Team to deliver efficient and organized warehouse dispatch activities.
  • Assist in the development of warehouse facilities, including storage areas, equipment stocks, and related services, to achieve effective and organized operations.
  • Prepare sound, lighting, AV, projection, and staging equipment to meet the required technical service standards.
  • Proactively support the Warehouse Senior Team with routine warehouse activities and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  • Organize and load/unload vehicles, as required, and assist with PAT testing and Rigging inspection requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Senior Team.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable working knowledge of audio mixers, lighting control desks, and AV equipment, including Allen & Heath, d&b, Avolites, Chauvet, ROBE, and Panasonic projectors.
  • Experience working with medium-sized d&b PA systems, video distribution systems, and lighting systems.
  • Understanding of firmware updates on equipment and knowledge of at least two areas of Sound, Lighting, and Data Projection.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
