About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Audio Visual Warehouse Technician to join our team at Eclipse Global. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our audio-visual solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Warehouse Senior Team to coordinate the dispatch of audio-visual equipment and supplies.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of warehouse facilities, including storage areas, equipment stocks, and related services.
  • Prepare audio-visual equipment for events, including sound, lighting, and projection systems.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during equipment preparation.
  • Support the Warehouse Senior Team with routine warehouse activities, including loading and unloading vehicles.
  • Conduct PAT testing and Rigging inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable working knowledge of audio mixers, lighting control desks, and AV equipment.
  • Experience working with medium-sized PA systems, video distribution systems, and lighting systems.
  • Understanding of firmware updates and installation procedures.
  • Knowledge of at least two areas of Sound, Lighting, and Data Projection.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
