Job Title: Store Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Audio Visual retail store in Bromley. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for motivating and driving the sales team, ensuring the efficient management of store, stock, and staff, and developing the skills and performance of all staff to increase sales and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team by example and work closely with them on the sales floor to maximize sales potential and profitability.
- Ensure the three key areas of store, stock, and staff are closely and efficiently managed at all times.
- Develop the skills and performance of all staff by identifying and delivering the appropriate training and development to increase sales and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of building, maintaining, and growing a retail store.
- Preferably, experience or a keen interest in Audio Visual Products.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to lead a team to success.
- Sales driven, customer focused, and highly motivated with a proven sales track record.
