About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Retail Human Resources plc. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and fostering a positive and results-oriented store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase loyalty
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborate with the retail leadership team to develop and implement company-wide initiatives and strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
