Job Title: Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Audio Visual store in Bromley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing store operations, and developing the skills of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, staff scheduling, and store maintenance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to improve their skills and performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail store management, preferably in the Audio Visual industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
