The ideal candidate will provide essential commercial support to the Aftermarket, Digital, and Supply Chain divisions. This role will require leveraging comprehensive analytics and robust management information to collaborate closely with business leaders in identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, enhancing operations, and implementing necessary actions.Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the attainment of strategic goals through effective business collaboration, delivering reliable management information, and employing top-tier advisory practices.
  • Offer high-caliber financial support and insights to the organization, grounded in a commercial comprehension of the market, divisional objectives, growth drivers, and essential success metrics.
  • Execute commercial performance evaluations in partnership with Commercial Business Partners and assist with monthly reporting. Work alongside General Managers to establish segment budgets/forecasts and develop financial strategies to optimize business profitability.
  • Present monthly outcomes at Segment/Commercial Team meetings as necessary, emphasizing areas of concern and aiding in their resolution.
  • Identify and manage critical risks on both project and Segment levels.
  • Serve as a catalyst for transformation and challenge decision-making with sound financial and commercial logic.
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders in the negotiation, oversight, and conclusion of significant activities.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a comparable role
  • Strong engagement, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude
  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented individual (internal or external)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, capable of communicating effectively with both finance and non-finance personnel
  • Well-organized, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage large volumes of data

Education and Experience

  • Fully qualified accountant with 3-5 years PQE
