Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to drive business growth, profitability, and revenue expansion.
  • Financial Performance: Deliver strong financial performance, including revenue, profit, and expense budget achievement, and ensure robust financial reporting and forecasting.
  • Supplier and Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with major suppliers and customers to maximize commercial impact and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Operational Development: Collaborate with sales and operational teams to develop and implement growth strategies, manage gross margin and cost control, and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Commercial Propositions: Develop and lead the development of alternative commercially viable propositions to stimulate profitable growth and increase annual Free Cash Flow.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Recognized Accountancy Qualification (ACCA, ACMA, ICAEW) and Bachelor's Degree level education.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of related experience in a commercial or finance role.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and influencing skills, with the ability to develop and empower employees to achieve objectives.
