Position Overview

Dnevo Partners is seeking a skilled HR Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing various human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee integration, and compliance with employment regulations. The HR Consultant will operate independently, ensuring that all HR processes are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitating the recruitment process and onboarding of new team members.
  • Collaborating with compliance teams to uphold organizational standards.
  • Creating initiatives that foster positive employee relations.
  • Overseeing employee compensation and benefits, including leave entitlements.
  • Providing detailed compensation and benefits analysis to senior management.
  • Advocating for workplace equality and safety.
  • Ensuring adherence to national employment laws and internal policies.
  • Managing sensitive employee information with confidentiality.
  • Inputting payroll information into the company’s HR software.
  • Issuing necessary tax documentation.
  • Addressing employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
  • Maintaining up-to-date policies and procedures.
  • Calculating and processing tax and national insurance contributions.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the financial sector.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field is advantageous.
  • In-depth understanding of HR legal frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
