  • Coordinate firmwide Learning and Development initiatives.
  • Ensure the accuracy and currency of the HR information system.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of internal policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Oversee the HR Administrator to ensure proper maintenance of personnel files and support compliance with data retention and deletion in accordance with GDPR.
  • Support initiatives related to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I) and the Wellbeing Group (WLG).
  • Prepare monthly payroll updates.
  • Engage in other ad-hoc projects as required.

Candidate Profile:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR role, ideally as an HR Assistant or HR Consultant.
  • Degree-level education is desirable.
  • CIPD qualified or actively pursuing qualification at level 5 or above.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to cultivate, develop, and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Commitment to Equal Opportunities:

As a responsible organization, we recognize the importance of reflecting the diversity of our workforce, clients, and communities. We believe that firms that thrive are those with the most diverse teams; hence, we strive to attract the best talent from the widest possible pool. As an equal opportunities employer, we are committed to accommodating individuals with specific needs. If you require reasonable adjustments during the selection process, please communicate with a member of our recruitment team to ensure necessary arrangements are made in advance.
