Your Responsibilities
Our mission is driven by a passion for quality service, ensuring every customer feels valued.

As the leader of the overnight team, you will oversee in-store operations during your shift. Your team will be engaged in restocking shelves, managing warehouse deliveries, and assisting with online order fulfillment. You will ensure that everything is organized and ready for your colleagues and customers in the morning.

Your focus will be on operational management during the night, ensuring smooth shift operations, monitoring team performance, and fostering an inclusive and organized environment.


We understand that night shifts may not suit everyone, which is why we offer an annual premium of up to £4,500 for eligible night shift management positions. You will be responsible for ensuring that the shift runs efficiently, collaborating with other managers to plan activities and schedules in advance. At the end of your shift, a comprehensive handover to the next manager will be essential.
