About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Coordinator to join our team at H&M Group. As a Business Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the store management team to achieve excellent standards of service and maximize sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Offer customers a high level of service, through styling advice, product knowledge, and store experience.
  2. Sales Performance: Analyze selling information and work with the store manager to maximize the sales performance of your department.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service.
  4. Recruitment and Training: Support recruitment and ensure induction and training for new starters is carried out.
  5. Talent Development: Assist the store manager to identify future talents and put together development plans to support their progression.
  6. Store Operations: Oversee store operations and ensure a smooth running of the store.
  7. Brand Ambassador: Be a COS brand ambassador and provide the best experience for our customers.
  8. Store Management: Step into the role of Store Manager in their absence.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Management Experience: Minimum 1 year management experience within a retail environment.
  2. Planning and Organizational Skills: Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  3. Commercial Abilities: Excellent commercial abilities and interest in fashion and retail.
  4. Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and evenings when required.
