About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Store to Home delivery hub team as a Store to Home Delivery Hub Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing online orders, managing stock, and maintaining accurate databases of products and delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process online orders and manage stock levels to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Maintain accurate databases of products and delivery schedules
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the store to answer customer queries and resolve issues
  • Support the development of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
