Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unit Manager to join our team at Westerton Care Home. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and leadership to our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care, including medication administration and treatment plans.

Requirements

  • Qualified Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN number.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lead by example.
  • Experience of leading a team and managing staff.

What We Offer
