Unit Manager (RGN/RMN) Opportunity

Westerton Care Home is seeking a dedicated and experienced Unit Manager (RGN/RMN) to lead our team and provide exceptional care to our residents.

We offer a unique opportunity to work in a supportive and fun environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and management to a team of nurses and care staff
  • Ensure the highest standard of care is delivered to residents
  • Manage a busy unit and undertake all aspects of nursing care
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet individual resident needs
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery

What We Offer:

  • Minimum salary of £45,864 per year
  • Contracted to 42 hours per week

Requirements:

  • Qualified Nurse (RGN/RMN)
  • Valid NMC PIN number
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience of leading a team
