We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unit Manager (RGN/RMN) to join our team at Westerton Care Home. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents while managing a busy unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
  • Manage a team of nurses and support staff

Requirements:

  • Qualified Nurse (RGN/RMN)
  • Valid NMC PIN number
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
