We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Activities Coordinator to join our team at Springvale Care Home in Lennoxtown.

About the Role:

  • Plan and implement activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
  • Work closely with the Home Manager to develop and deliver engaging programs.
  • Encourage residents to maintain their hobbies and interests, and support staff members in participating in activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities using appropriate documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to develop and organize a range of events and activities.
  • Friendly, creative, and confident approach to working with residents and staff.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
