Activities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Activities Coordinator to join our team at HC-One Ltd. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning and implementing engaging activities that promote the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement activity programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
- Collaborate with the Home Manager to organize fundraising events and activities
- Provide support and guidance to colleagues in the delivery of activities and events
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activity programs and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Experience working with vulnerable individuals, preferably in a care setting
- Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures
