About Love to Ride

Love to Ride is a digital platform dedicated to encouraging more individuals to cycle. Our platform, available both online and via an app, allows users to log their rides, set personal goals, share experiences, receive localized updates, win rewards, and participate in our ongoing series of engaging challenges known as Ride 365. Our mission is to empower individuals, communities, and businesses to cycle more frequently, confidently, and sustainably.

With over 15 years of expertise in executing successful cycling behavior change projects globally, we have established a strong reputation as a social enterprise committed to fostering positive change. We not only motivate existing cyclists to ride more but also assist those returning to cycling or starting anew. Our approach helps individuals overcome both real and perceived barriers while advocating for local cycling initiatives and partners. We meticulously monitor, measure, and report on our outcomes.

Our Beliefs

We believe that life is enriched when we feel joyful, healthy, energized, and connected to our surroundings. Cycling offers numerous benefits for individuals, communities, and the environment. We are passionate about sharing the joy of cycling with as many people as possible.

Our Mission

To develop, maintain, and deliver the premier online platform and behavior change programs globally, proven to increase cycling frequency among individuals.

  • Identify and support 'Champions' within participating organizations to enhance internal promotion and participation.
  • Provide registration materials for Champions to facilitate internal promotions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all participants and Champions.
  • Conduct monitoring activities to evaluate program effectiveness, including gathering case studies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Project Manager to advance program objectives.
  • Collaborate with the delivery and client teams to ensure a successful and impactful program.

Reporting Structure

You will report to the Community Engagement Lead. The head office is located in Bristol, but our team operates from various locations. This role is suitable for candidates based in the Greater Glasgow area and will primarily be home-based.

In Summary

If you believe you possess the skills and enthusiasm to contribute to a successful and engaging local program, we look forward to your interest.
