We are seeking a highly skilled Community Liaison Officer to join our team at OXBO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with local communities, landowners, and other stakeholders affected by our solar, onshore wind, and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Outreach: Organize and lead public consultations, meetings, and events to communicate project details and gather feedback from local communities.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve community concerns promptly, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Communication: Develop clear and accessible materials to keep communities informed about project developments and progress.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to the project team on community feedback, concerns, and engagement activities.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in community engagement, public relations, or similar roles.
