Key Responsibilities:
  • Excellent Written Communication Skills: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage employees and stakeholders.
  • Technology and Financial Background: Leverage your knowledge of technology and finance to inform and shape our communication approach.
  • Strategic Thinking: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive employee communications strategy.
  • Leadership Communication: Provide counsel to senior leaders on how to communicate effectively with employees, using data-driven insights to inform their approach.
  • Culture and Employee Proposition Communication: Design and implement communication interventions that promote a culture built on the Barclays Mindset.
  • Change Delivery: Develop and execute communication plans that build employee commitment and capability during times of change.
  • Capability Building: Lead and develop a high-performing team, building individual skills and team capabilities.
  • Consultation and Advice: Provide expert advice to People Leaders on complex issues, supporting the resolution of escalated matters.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, developing new policies and procedures to support the control and governance agenda.
