Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Coordinator to join our team at H&M Group. As a Business Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the store management team to achieve excellent standards of service and maximize sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Provide customers with a high level of service, offering styling advice, product knowledge, and a positive store experience.
  2. Sales Performance: Analyze sales information and work with the store manager to identify opportunities to maximize sales performance.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service and support their development and progression.
  4. Recruitment and Training: Support the recruitment process and ensure that new starters receive comprehensive induction and training.
  5. Talent Development: Identify future talents and work with the store manager to develop plans to support their progression.
  6. Store Operations: Oversee store operations and ensure that all aspects of the business are running smoothly.
  7. Brand Ambassador: Represent the COS brand and provide an exceptional customer experience.
  8. Store Management: Step into the role of Store Manager in their absence.
Requirements

To be successful as a Business Coordinator, you will need:

  1. Management Experience: A minimum of 1 year of management experience within a retail environment.
  2. Planning and Organizational Skills: Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  3. Commercial Awareness: Excellent commercial awareness and interest in fashion and retail.
  4. Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and evenings when required.
