Overview of the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Multi-Site Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join our Facilities Management Team, responsible for maintaining high standards across multiple locations.

Compensation: £12.75 per hour

Weekly Hours: 40 hours

As a vital part of our collaboration with ASDA, your role will ensure that our stores are safe, compliant, and well-maintained, exceeding expectations daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct minor general maintenance and support tasks across various sites.
  • Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive maintenance needs.
  • Collaborate with the Multi-Site Technician, receiving training to enhance your skills.
  • Perform weekly and monthly maintenance tasks, including fire alarm tests and water temperature checks.
  • Manage store defrost programs and carry out minor repairs in building fabric, plumbing, and joinery.
  • Ensure all tasks comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Possess a diverse range of practical skills and experience in a relevant trade.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
  • Basic IT skills are advantageous, including familiarity with tablets and office software.
  • Hold a full UK driver's license for roles covering multiple locations.
  • Be physically capable of handling lifting and moving tasks.
