About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Swarovski. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising displays and store layouts to maximize sales and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and control store inventory, including receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining accurate stock levels.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a luxury fashion or jewellery environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
