- Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring training and adherence to regulations

- Foster the growth of team members through effective coaching and mentorship
- Promote innovative thinking and problem-solving within the team
- Collaborate closely with Claims Service and Technical Leaders to enhance service quality
- Maintain compliance and provide training for oneself and direct reports
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in commercial claims within Broking, Insurer, TPA, or In-House settings
- Capability to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
- Enthusiasm for mentoring and nurturing team members
- Client-oriented with a focus on achieving optimal claims results
- Dedication to compliance, processes, and operational efficiency
