Claims Operations Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring training and adherence to regulations

  • Foster the growth of team members through effective coaching and mentorship
  • Promote innovative thinking and problem-solving within the team
  • Collaborate closely with Claims Service and Technical Leaders to enhance service quality
  • Maintain compliance and provide training for oneself and direct reports

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in commercial claims within Broking, Insurer, TPA, or In-House settings
  • Capability to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
  • Enthusiasm for mentoring and nurturing team members
  • Client-oriented with a focus on achieving optimal claims results
  • Dedication to compliance, processes, and operational efficiency
