Job Title: Claims Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Administrator to join our team at HRC Recruitment. As a Claims Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our claims handling process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately Assess and Evaluate Complex Claims: You will be responsible for assessing and evaluating complex claims, reserve calculations, and settlement values to ensure that our clients receive fair and timely compensation.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing them with professional and courteous service to ensure their needs are met.
  • Identify and Resolve Complaints: You will be responsible for identifying and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our clients are satisfied with the service they receive.
  • Maintain and Develop Technical Knowledge: You will be required to maintain and develop your technical knowledge and expertise in claims handling to ensure that you are up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
  • Collaborate with Senior Team Members: You will work closely with senior team members and management to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.
Requirements:
  • Claim Handling Experience: You will have experience in claim handling, preferably from within a broker or insurance office.
  • Customer Service Experience: You will have experience in providing customer service, demonstrating a professional standard in customer care.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You will have strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Process-Minded and Adaptable: You will be a process-minded and adaptable individual, with a customer-focused attitude.
