We are actively seeking a Claims Specialist to enhance our Accident & Health division. This position is perfect for individuals with prior experience in Claims Management or Customer Service looking to advance their careers in the insurance industry.

What We Offer:

We provide extensive on-the-job training to ensure you thrive in managing Accident & Health (A&H) Claims. Your primary role will involve the precise evaluation and management of claims in line with coverage terms, Chubb policies, and established service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly assess and analyze 'complex' claims, including policy liability, reserve calculations, and settlement amounts.
  • Effectively manage incoming inquiries via phone.
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients consistently.
  • Recognize and address complaints or customer dissatisfaction promptly.
  • Skillfully prioritize and manage your workload.
  • Continuously enhance your technical knowledge and expertise.
  • Maintain robust client relationships and address concerns such as delayed claims notifications and case progress within service level agreements.
  • Seek guidance from your Team Leader for any client matters beyond your expertise and actively participate in claims operational initiatives and projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in claims handling, ideally within a Brokerage or Insurance Office.
  • Proven customer service experience demonstrating a high standard of client care.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively within service level agreements.
  • Strong communication and listening skills, with proficiency in MS Office applications (including Word and Excel).
