We are actively seeking a Claims Specialist to become part of our Accident & Health division. This position is perfect for individuals looking to advance their career in insurance, especially those with prior experience in Claims Handling or Customer Service.
What We Offer:
We provide extensive on-the-job training designed to enhance your skills in managing Accident & Health (A&H) Claims. Your primary role will involve the precise evaluation and administration of claims in line with coverage conditions, Chubb policies, and established service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly assess and analyze 'complex' claims, including policy liability, reserve calculations, and settlement amounts.
- Manage incoming inquiries with efficiency.
- Provide exceptional service to clients consistently.
- Recognize and address complaints or instances of customer dissatisfaction.
- Effectively prioritize and manage your workload.
- Continuously enhance your technical knowledge and expertise.
- Maintain robust client relationships and address issues such as late claims notifications and case progress within SLAs.
- Seek guidance from your Team Leader for any client issues beyond your resolution and actively participate in claims operational initiatives and projects.
Required Experience:
- Experience in claims handling, ideally within a Broker or Insurance Office.
- Customer service experience demonstrating a high standard of care.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work within SLAs.
- Strong listening and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office applications (including Word and Excel).
