We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Administrator to join our team at Calibre Candidates. As a Claims Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth coordination of property insurance claim processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and manage communication between all relevant parties, ensuring timely and effective resolution of claims
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our internal systems, ensuring seamless claim processing
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and responding to general inquiries
  • Identify potential issues in the claims process and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a claims administration role, with a strong background in property-related claims and principles
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
