Overview of the Role:

You will lead a team of claims professionals and serve as a role model to uphold customer service excellence, ensure favorable customer outcomes, and enhance performance metrics. You will supervise the team's operations and reporting to upper management, leveraging practical and technical expertise to manage a claims portfolio efficiently.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities Proven experience in team leadership Strong technical knowledge with a background in Motor or Casualty claims Capacity for open and transparent discussions Demonstrates responsibility, ownership, and accountability while holding others accountable
