Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal staff on the use of business applications and systems.
  • Work with ERP generated data to improve data capture, storage, rationalisation, analysis, reporting & visualisation capabilities for the organisation.
  • Implement development and modifications to ERP systems and processes to support specific business requirements.
  • Support unit, regression, and user acceptance testing.
  • General administration of the software systems, user maintenance, roles, security etc.
  • Responding and resolving to helpdesk requests.
  • Troubleshooting (both technical and business process related issues).
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly present complex information.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple work demands whilst remaining calm and professional.
