Job Title: Utility Surveyor and Geomatics Surveyor

Keltbray Infrastructure Services is seeking a highly skilled Land Surveyor/Drone Pilot to join our team. As a key member of our Survey Team, you will be responsible for on-site data acquisition using UAV platforms and ensuring data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute data capture missions using UAV platforms
  • Ensure data integrity and quality control
  • Collaborate with the Survey Team to process, manage, and present data
  • Assist with the management of aircraft, maintenance, and software updates
  • Manage flight logs and update associated documentation
Requirements:
  • HND/degree in Land Survey, Geomatics, or equivalent
  • PfCO GVC certificate with experience flying multirotor and fixed-wing drones/model aircraft in a commercial environment
  • Experience with laser-scanning products and advanced data manipulation for BIM implementation is beneficial
  • Understanding of photogrammetry principles and software processes/applications
  • Experience in preparing drone and survey-related Method Statements and Risk Assessments
  • Experience with flight planning, meteorology, system preparation, and airspace management in compliance with CAA regulations
  • Proficient use of GPS kit/Total Station/Level
  • Good communication and report writing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
