Overview of the Position

This position is centered around overseeing the decanting process, conducting well-being assessments, and ensuring that the initiation and conclusion of tenancies proceed efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include performing essential evaluations, liaising with contractors and tenants, and verifying the accuracy of rent and service charge calculations.

Primary Duties

Facilitate the decanting and well-being operations, ensuring minimal disruption for residents. Proactively address a variety of customer inquiries and challenges on a daily basis, exercising sound judgment to make and communicate clear decisions to clients. Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to decant and well-being management. Administer housing allocations in alignment with established policies and procedures. Play a crucial role in upholding our high standards of service delivery and assisting residents during transitions, including participation in resident and housing engagement meetings. Maintain precise records and databases pertaining to decanting and allocations utilizing CRM and Proactis systems. Conduct property evaluations and assessments to ensure seamless transitions. Identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise throughout the relocation process. Undertake any additional responsibilities as outlined in the role profile.

Candidate Profile

Prior experience in housing management, decanting, or allocations is essential Strong comprehension of housing policies and procedures is required Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, effectively organizing your workload to meet established goals and KPIs. This is a full-time position based at the Birmingham office, which includes some remote work, with travel across the Midlands qualifying for essential car user allowance.
