Little Thief Studio is seeking a Production Coordinator to assist with a prominent account in the football sector.

We are a creative multimedia studio located in London, specializing in comprehensive video content, particularly within the sports industry.

Position Overview:

This role is primarily based at the client's North-West London offices (3-4 days per week). The Production Coordinator will play a vital role in managing the client's internal video production needs, focusing on workflow and administrative responsibilities. You will aid in addressing client inquiries, planning ahead, scheduling, and overseeing resource distribution and associated budgets, while also supporting the Senior Traffic and Creative Project Manager in daily operations and creative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Traffic and Creative PM in overseeing resource management and task allocation to ensure timely delivery across project owners.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Traffic and Creative PM, Creative Director, and Client Liaison to effectively plan and allocate resources for in-house production initiatives.
  • Engage with freelance production personnel, coordinating bookings and managing crew, while actively expanding the existing network of freelance contacts.
  • Take charge of pre-production administrative duties, including the preparation of call sheets and risk assessments.
  • Maintain essential team documentation and tools, such as resource schedules, project trackers, budget logs, and freelance databases.
  • Occasionally participate in location scouting or attend shoots, which may occur outside regular working hours and could involve travel within the UK.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with resource management or planning software is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • A willingness to learn and a genuine passion for the industry.
  • A keen interest in sports, particularly football, is preferred.
  • Prior experience in an agency, in-house, or broadcasting environment is desirable.
  • Capability to respond promptly and efficiently to various requests while remaining adaptable to frequent changes in resource schedules.
