Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the comprehensive execution of conference events, ensuring full accountability for the operational management of all activities, including enhancing customer experiences.
  • Optimize the profitability, sustainability, and quality of each event through strategic procurement practices.
  • Manage projects effectively, controlling expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of events of varying sizes, formats, and complexities across diverse geographical locations.
  • Ensure compliance with risk management protocols at events, including the development of security plans and conducting thorough risk assessments.
  • Handle additional projects as assigned by senior management, both related to events and departmental initiatives.

Candidate Profile:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in event management, preferably with a focus on exhibitions.
  • Familiarity with international event risk policies, including VAT, modern slavery, anti-bribery, trade sanctions, data protection, and compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to work flexibly in a hybrid environment.
