We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team at Katie Bard, a professional services business based in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced HR professional to take on a key role in supporting the growth and development of our organization.

The main duties for this role would include:

  1. Providing assistance in core HR administrative processes, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
  2. Offering professional advice to line managers and stakeholders on employment issues, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and absence management.
  3. Contributing to the development of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the business objectives of Katie Bard.
  4. Supporting the HR Manager in the delivery of HR services, including training and development, employee engagement, and employee relations.
  5. Assisting in the development of plans and initiatives to support the growth and development of the organization, including succession planning and knowledge transfer.
  6. Providing support to the HR Manager in the management of employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary procedures, and performance management.

This role would require occasional travel to other sites, and the successful candidate would need to have experience managing their own caseload and working independently.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who is level 5 CIPD qualified and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality HR services in a fast-paced business environment. The ideal candidate would have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:
