Job Overview

Our client is a well-established name in the industry, operating in numerous international markets and currently experiencing significant growth.

They are seeking to enhance their team by adding several Senior Buyers who will focus on various indirect categories.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, willing to dive into tasks as needed, and possess a strong team-oriented mindset.

The primary objective of this position is to ensure that all non-Goods for Resale (GNFR) contracts across the organization are cost-efficient, suitably adaptable for future needs, straightforward, and enforceable with clearly defined KPIs.

Experience in purchasing IT, Marketing, Travel, Facilities Management, or logistics is highly desirable.

Proficiency in contract drafting is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the lead negotiator for small to large contracts and assist in negotiations for more complex agreements.
  • Continuously work on reducing and managing annual expenditures across the organization.
  • Provide support in commercial, contractual, and negotiation matters.
  • Oversee contractual relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders throughout the contracting process.
  • Prepare and review contract schedules to provide a timeline overview of workload activities.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong commercial contract and negotiation capabilities.
  • Knowledge of contract law and experience in contract drafting.
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Able to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Capable of working under tight deadlines.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • High attention to detail.
