They are seeking to recruit several Senior Buyers to their team, focusing on a variety of indirect procurement categories.

The ideal candidate will be proactive and ready to dive into tasks, demonstrating a strong team-oriented approach.

The primary objective of this position is to ensure that all General Non-Food Retail (GNFR) contracts across the organization are cost-efficient, suitably adaptable for future needs, straightforward, and enforceable with clearly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Experience in purchasing IT, Marketing, Travel, Facilities Management, or logistics is highly desirable.

Proficiency in contract drafting is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the lead negotiator for small to large contracts, providing support for complex negotiations.
  • Continuously work on reducing and managing annual expenditures across the organization.
  • Offer commercial, contractual, and negotiation assistance.
  • Oversee contractual relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders throughout the contracting process.
  • Prepare and review contract schedules to maintain a clear timeline of workload activities.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong commercial contract and negotiation capabilities.
  • Knowledge of contract law and experience in contract drafting.
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Able to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Capable of working under tight deadlines.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • High attention to detail.
