They are seeking to enhance their team by adding several Senior Buyers who will focus on various indirect purchasing categories.

The ideal candidate will be proactive and willing to dive into tasks as needed, embodying a true team-oriented spirit.

The primary objective of this position is to ensure that all non-Goods for Resale (GNFR) contracts within the organization are cost-efficient, appropriately structured, adaptable for future needs, straightforward, and enforceable with clearly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Experience in procuring IT services, marketing, travel, facilities management, or logistics is highly desirable.

Proficiency in contract drafting is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the lead negotiator for small to large contracts and assist in negotiations for more complex agreements.
  • Continuously work towards reducing and controlling annual expenditures across the organization.
  • Provide commercial, contractual, and negotiation assistance.
  • Manage supplier and internal stakeholder relationships throughout the contracting process.
  • Prepare and review contract schedules to provide a comprehensive timeline of workload activities.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong commercial contract negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of contract law and experience in contract drafting.
  • Ability to influence and persuade effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Capable of communicating effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • High attention to detail.
