Financial Operations Coordinator | Dynamic Growth in Live Entertainment Sector

Harmonic Finance™ is excited to announce an opportunity for a Financial Operations Coordinator within a prominent live entertainment and event organization, currently experiencing significant expansion.

Role Responsibilities:

Reporting to a supportive senior finance manager who prioritizes professional growth, this role is ideal for motivated junior finance professionals eager to advance their careers. The position offers a vibrant, fast-paced work environment with exposure to a wide range of responsibilities, contributing significantly to the finance department's success.

Located in a collaborative workspace, the role supports a hybrid working model and provides study assistance, reflecting the organization's commitment to internal development.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
  • Executing weekly payment processes
  • Conducting bank reconciliations
  • Overseeing the accounts inbox
  • Processing invoices efficiently
  • Providing ad hoc support to the broader finance team

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience with Xero accounting software
  • A proactive and ambitious approach

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing AAT / ACCA / CIMA qualifications

Compensation: Up to £32,000 plus study support

Work Arrangement: Hybrid model with a combination of in-office and remote work
