Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit and verify revenue transactions to ensure compliance with hotel standards and policies.
  • Count, record, and bank daily cash in accordance with audit requirements.
  • Evaluate revenue centers and prepare reports for income journal daily.
  • Prepare and evaluate reports daily, resolving any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accuracy in PMS reports and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Review the aged debtor ledger daily and actively chase past due debts.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
  • Perform month-end closing in coordination with the Management Accountant.
Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Excellent time management skills.
