Role Summary

An exciting opportunity has emerged within our expanding UK Shareholder Services as a Client Reporting Analyst.

This position is designed to assist UK Shareholder Services in the execution of essential client reporting, including compliance reports. You will have the chance to develop your skills through a diverse range of tasks and engage in hands-on problem-solving. Collaboration and knowledge sharing are vital to our team's success.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring the timely and precise generation of reports for our clients and other external stakeholders, collaborating with various departments across the organization.

The role necessitates the ability to comprehend and interpret requests from relationship managers, clients, and external parties to produce reports. This will involve synthesizing information from multiple sources and recognizing any data limitations. You may also need to articulate clear requirements to IT teams to facilitate data extraction for fulfilling these requests.

Delivering high-quality and accurate data that meets specified requirements is crucial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of assigned tasks.
  • Implement clear processes and controls to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Effectively plan and adhere to timelines.
  • Engage with relevant business stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Maintain task delivery schedules and escalate issues when delivery is at risk.
  • Communicate effectively throughout the process to ensure timely completion.
  • Identify and apply enhancements to team operations to improve service quality and process efficiency, supporting management in implementing centrally driven changes as needed.
  • Engage with internal and external clients on a variety of issues, concerns, and requests for information or guidance.
  • Conduct data integrity checks and validations to ensure high-quality reporting outputs.
  • Collaborate to gather requirements and identify reporting needs.
  • Execute all duties in accordance with Equiniti Group Policy.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to adhere to established processes and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills and adaptability to manage time effectively and assist the team in prioritizing tasks to meet key deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
  • Ability to communicate clearly (both internally and externally) using straightforward language.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset capable of identifying process improvements.
