About the Role:

A highly skilled Data Engineer/Bi Analyst is required by Arc IT Recruitment to work with one of our Financial Services/Insurance clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work across the Data Warehouse and Reporting Infrastructure to analyze requirements for data, produce reporting, and deliver insight from the data.
  • Utilize strong data analytical skills to drive business results forward.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex data models, ETL processes, and data visualizations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience working within a Data Engineer/BI analyst role.
  • Strong experience working with Power BI or similar visualization tools.
  • Strong experience working with SQL Server.
  • Experience with Azure is a plus, but not essential.
  • Experience with R or Python is also a plus.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary between 45k-50k depending on experience, and a hybrid position with 3 days in the Worthing office.
