About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team and work on an exciting project with our prestigious public sector client. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working with business stakeholders to define their requirements, translate these into user stories, and define acceptance criteria. You will also have responsibility for working with solution architects and other technical subject matter experts to deliver an end-to-end solution that meets clients' requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Have people management responsibilities and actively support the development and career progression of other BAs
  • Work with business stakeholders to define their requirements and translate these into user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Work with solution architects and other technical subject matter experts to deliver an end-to-end solution that meets clients' requirements
  • Play a pivotal role in projects as part of a multi-disciplinary agile scrum team
  • Be highly customer-focused and responsible for building stakeholder relationships
  • Have responsibility for leading Business Analysis on complex client and internal projects
  • Understand industry trends and look for new opportunities for work within your projects, contribute to proposals, and drive innovation that increases client value

About You

We are looking for someone with strong experience of managing, mentoring, and coaching teams. You will be responsible for leading teams consisting of junior BAs and will have a strong understanding of industry trends and the ability to identify new opportunities for work within your projects. You will also have a strong customer focus and be responsible for building stakeholder relationships.
