About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead our team in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring junior Business Analysts, working closely with stakeholders to define business requirements, and leading the delivery of end-to-end solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor junior Business Analysts to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead the delivery of end-to-end solutions, working closely with solution architects and technical subject matter experts.
  • Play a pivotal role in projects as part of a multi-disciplinary agile scrum team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders and technical experts.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities with clients, and work with the sales team to pursue new business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and contribute to the development of new solutions and services.
